CD / DVD of all photos and Presentation Folder containing all photos (contact size).
Photos can be done in our Studio or on site.

Obligation Free Quote
We will provide an obligation free quote which is valid for 30 days. The quote will confirm content,
Cameras required, timeframe for completion and postage and insurance costs if applicable

Timeframes
The time it will take to complete the work depends on the size and style of the work you are requesting
as well as my current workload. A timeframe for the completion of the work will be included
with the quote which will be effective once the initial deposit has been received.


Photography Policy

Deposit
An upfront 50% deposit is required before I begin work.

Payment
Payment will be accepted as cash, cheque or an EFT direct deposit into my account
(details will be provided if this is your preferred option).

Completion and final payment
Upon viewing and approving the final work the 50% balance is required to be paid in full
before the work is sent or collected by the purchaser.


Payment Plans
For work over $2,000.00 a deposit of 25% is required when a payment schedule is
negotiated so that period payments can be made.
The work will not be released until the final payment has been completed.
